Common questions
- What does a “run” mean?
- One execution of an agent, however many tool calls and model turns it takes internally. A scheduled agent firing hourly uses roughly 720 runs a month.
- Do you charge for model usage?
- No. You connect your own provider key and they bill you directly at their rates. cruq records the tokens and cost of every run so you can see where the spend goes, but the money never passes through us.
- What happens if I go over a limit?
- Agents stop starting new runs until the next month or an upgrade — nothing is deleted and existing work is untouched. If you downgrade, anything already created stays; you are only blocked from adding more.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time, from the billing page in your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately and cancellations keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
