1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name and email address when you contact us or book a call. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage data through Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site - including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is linked to this analytics data.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, improve our website, and understand our audience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
We use Calendly to facilitate call scheduling. When you book a call, you interact directly with Calendly's platform and their privacy policy applies. We use Google Analytics for site usage analytics. Google may set cookies and collect data per their privacy policy.
4. The Cruq platform
If you create an account at app.cruq.ai we also hold your name, email, login details and the record of your acceptance of the Customer Agreement. The agents, knowledge, prompts, files and conversations you put into the platform, and what your agents produce, are your data: we store and process them only to run the service for you, and we do not use them to train AI models. Model provider keys you connect are stored encrypted and used only to run your agents; your prompts are sent to the provider you chose, under that provider's privacy terms.
5. Apps you publish on cruq.app
When a Cruq customer publishes an agent as a hosted app or bot, the people who chat with it are that customer's users. The customer decides what is collected and why; Cruq processes it on their behalf. If you sign in to such an app with Login with Cruq, we keep your email, name and the conversations you have in that app so you can return to them, and the app's owner can see that you used their app. Questions about a specific app should go to its owner.
6. Service providers
We run the platform on cloud infrastructure and use Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting the web apps, and email delivery services for sign-in and notices. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
8. Data retention
We retain contact information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings.
